Notes from the demo run

AI-generated

We signed in to Morphica with your 6-digit email code, imported a brand kit straight from a website URL, then walked the authenticated product: brand kits, the extracted kit detail, carousels, the schedule calendar and list views, the image studio, the video studio, and the new-brand-kit importer. The brand-import flow is the standout — paste a domain, and about twenty seconds later you have the logo in two variants plus an eight-colour palette, already editable with a primary-colour picker.

Highlights
  • Brand import actually extracts, it does not guess
We pasted a bare domain and got back the real logo (light and dark variants) plus eight hex values pulled from the live site, with 'click a colour to make it primary' wired to how carousels render. This is the feature that makes the rest of the product credible.
  • Passwordless sign-in with no password to forget
The 6-digit code arrived in seconds and the input auto-advanced on paste. No password, no reset flow, no support burden.
  • Two logo variants framed as a rendering decision
'Two versions of one mark. The renderer picks whichever survives the slide's background.' That single line explains why you are asking for two uploads better than a help doc would.
Friction points
  • A kit created seconds ago is labelled 'in over 2 years'
On /brands, the card for a brand kit we had just saved showed the relative timestamp 'in over 2 years'. Looks like a sign or unit error in the relative-time formatter — the delta is being read as future-dated. Small bug, but it is on the first card a new user sees.
  • Signed-in users cannot reach the marketing site
With a session, navigating to / redirects to /brands. Fine for daily use, but it means a logged-in user who wants to re-read your pricing or landing copy has to sign out first.
