We signed in with Google, uploaded a 3-page PDF and watched it become a flipbook, then drove the whole dashboard: clients, the client upload workspace, all documents, and every tab on the document itself (Overview, Share & embed, Links, Analytics, Access, Appearance), plus Transfers, Reports, Settings and Plan & billing. Upload to 'Ready · searchable text 3/3 pages' took under 20 seconds, and the document page is the best-designed screen in the product: status, page count and the five things you can do with the file are all on one row.

Empty states sell the next action
The Analytics tab on an unpublished document says 'Your first readers are just a publish away' and names exactly what you'll get (views, unique readers, average read time, drop-off). That is better than an empty chart.
Deep links are honest
Every /admin route, including a document id and a client id, cold-loads the right screen from a replayed session, so links you paste to a colleague land where you expect.

Friction points

The sign-up card is unclickable on /login
Both the 'Create your account' and 'Welcome back' cards render at the same coordinates, with sign-in stacked on top. Hit-testing the sign-up card's 'Continue with Google' returns the sign-in panel instead, so the visible sign-up controls do nothing until you flip the card. New visitors who land on /login and type into the sign-up fields are stuck. Worth a pointer-events / z-index check on the flip container.
The interlude overlay does not close
The DOGEAR10 'AN INTERLUDE' easter egg is lovely, but its 'Close the book' button leaves the node in the DOM and the panel keeps intercepting clicks over the auth card underneath.
